Founded in 1943, our school evolved into Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy in 1964 as an independent, college prep, co-educational day school serving children from pre-k through 12th grade. Thriving on a climate of purpose and achievement; our mission is to provide an excellent academic education from a consistent Christian world-and-life view for the children in Christian families. 

PMCA is positioned on the boundary between Philadelphia and Montgomery County, and offers a quiet suburban location with access to the best of a thriving city. Our student body reflects the characteristics of our physical location. Students represent ethnic, economic, and cultural diversity, yet they come together to prepare their hearts and minds for a lifetime of learning and service in the home, church and community. 

Preparing Christians for the way of the world, PMCA gains its support and authority from the unchanging Word of God. It is our goal to expose children to learning strategies that foster development of critical thinking skills and to provide a rigorous, innovative academic program interwoven with the foundational truths of the bible.
