How it works
1. Sign up by clicking here.
2. Purchase (from PMCA) gift cards for your favorite stores.
3. PMCA credits the savings towards your tuition

PMCA Scrip is a program operated by the school through which you can buy gift cards to use at local and national merchants and receive rebates on your purchases.

Through PMCA Scrip you gain access to a large number of retailers who have agreed to sell their cards at discount through the Scrip program. You buy the cards from us at face value and we return the discount to you in the form of a cumulative yearly rebate (minus a 20% administrative fee). Click here to see Scrip Policies and Guidelines.

PMCA Scrip cards are the same gift cards you would normally pay full price for in the store. Hundreds of well-known brands participate in the program — supermarkets, department stores, restaurants, cinemas, home improvement stores — all types, such as JCPenney, Kohl’s, Genuardi’s, ShopRite, CVS, Red Lobster, Home Depot, Lowes. It’s a long list and the cards come in a variety of denominations.

You choose to direct your savings toward your child’s tuition or donate your savings to the school. And though only PMCA parents or employees may formally enroll in the program, your wider family and friends or associates can order through you.

Case study
One parent, from the previous school Don Beebe used to serve, made managing Scrip for her family and friends her “job” and paid her entire tuition bill with the proceeds with almost no inconvenience to anyone as she did all the coordination. Her family merely had to:
1. provide her with the stores they wanted gift cards from and the denomination
2. present the gift card for payment instead of their credit card

Ordering
You can order PMCA Scrip on a weekly basis.
1. submit a paper order form by 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday (or you can set up a private online account and pay by direct debit.)
2. collect the gift card(s) from our Business Office the following Tuesday or Wednesday (holidays excepted).
