Phil-Mont offers both official and unofficial transcripts to alumni and current students. Currently enrolled students may request transcripts free of charge (grades 9-12 only).
All other official transcript requests require a small processing fee, which can be paid via check to the school at 35 Hillcrest Avenue, Erdenheim, PA 19038, or online using the link below.
You may complete the form here. If currently enrolled, your family account must not be on hold for payment, and a transcript will not be processed until the hold is removed. Official transcripts will be processed upon receipt of payment. Unofficial transcripts are processed free of charge.
