Phil-Mont provides official and unofficial transcripts to current students, former students, and alumni.
Current Students (Grades 9–12)
- Unofficial transcripts are provided free of charge.
- Official transcripts are free of charge as long as the student is currently enrolled and the family account is not on hold for payment.
- If the family account is on hold, the official transcript will not be processed until the hold is removed.
Alumni and Other Transcript Requests
- Unofficial transcripts are provided free of charge.
- Official transcript requests require a small processing fee.

How to Request a Transcript
- Complete the transcript request form below.
- If an official transcript requires a processing fee, submit payment by check or online.
- Phil-Mont will process the official transcript once payment has been received.
- Unofficial transcripts are processed free of charge.
