Tuition Rates for 2026-27

Phil-Mont’s Board of Trustees sets prices each year based on the budgeting needs of the school. Here are the updated prices for the 2026-27 school year. These prices represent the base price or educational tuition before discounts, financial aid, or payment fees. Beginning in PreKindergarten, students may be eligible for discounts, and starting in Kindergarten, students may qualify for financial aid. The financial aid link is provided to families who have been accepted or are returning.

  • Pre-Kindergarten (Full Day) – $8,602
  • Elementary School (K-5th) – $10,121
  • Middle School (6th-8th) – $11,216
  • High School (9th-12th) – $13,302
  • International: see rates

Service Fee

This single, per-student fee combines previously listed fees for technology, security, and activities. This fee helps cover the cost of essential, but non-academic services and events.
  • Pk-5th – $300
  • 6-8th – $350
  • 9-12th – $425

This covers: sports, field trips, Chromebooks, laptops, iPads, cameras, security, and much more.

Payment structure:
Annual (1 payment), Semester (2 payments, + 2% fee), Monthly (12 payments, +5% fee)
New student application fee: One-time, non-refundable $100 (application fee for a 2nd student and beyond from the same family is waived).

Financial Aid helps make Phil-Mont Affordable

  • A quality private school education requires a significant monetary commitment. To help offset that, Phil-Mont has deliberately chosen to make our academically, artistically, and athletically challenging Christian education as affordable and accessible to families as possible by offering Financial Aid to families who need further adjusted pricing beyond our already reduced prices.
  • We strongly believe that a family’s financial commitment should be in proportion to its financial resources. Among our families are those who can afford tuition at the price it actually costs the school. There are also families who manage to pay tuition at the highest level only by making a substantial sacrifice, those who are able to afford only minimal tuition, and other families in between.
  • Financial Aid can help bridge that gap. For the 2026-27 school year, the price has increased by 5%, or about $3 per day.
  • These prices assume one child per family; multiple-child price ranges depend on grade levels.
  • Families enrolling 1 student, with a household income of $100K or more, will most likely not qualify for aid beyond our prices, but applications will still be accepted/considered above that number, as situations vary.
  • Aid amounts range between 1% and 18% reduction before fees, depending on the number of students enrolled from a family, along with the income level.

The Financial Aid Application Process

Phil-Mont considers aid applications from the families of accepted students and uses FACTS to process those applications ($45 fee). If you would like more details on tuition pricing and financial aid, please get in touch with our admissions department
